Assistant Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School
Looking for a nominee who possesses the track record of experience and scholarly achievements that would qualify for nomination to the rank of Assistant Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School
This faculty member would also work in collaboration with other existing faculty members in the Division of Surgical Oncology, in the Department of Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. The successful applicant will have documented expertise in the development, characterization and use of monoclonal antibodies to clinical relevant human tumor antigens. In addition, the candidate should have expertise in the use of immunolmodulators for the irradiation of cancer initiating cells in malignant diseases.
Desired Skills & Experience:
PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology or related fields, with some postdoctoral and/or faculty experience
- Tumor Immunology
- Use of animal models and in the technology to chimerize and humanize mouse monoclonal antibodies is desirable.
- Molecular Biology
- Track record in the production of monoclonal antibodies to clinically relevant human tumor antigens
