The Administrative Associate is responsible for supporting the administrative business needs of the Global Promotion Team for Merck Oncology located in Upper Gwynedd, PA. Business needs include, but are not limited to, calendar management, meeting and conference room scheduling, expense reporting, purchase order creation, guest site access management, telephone calls/emails/faxes, support for recruitment activities within the team (e.g. scheduling interviews), and other supporting administrative duties.Qualifications

Education:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Minimum of 18 months’ experience in an Administrative role
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Outlook experience (calendar management/meeting scheduling/conference room management)
- Domestic & international travel booking experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
- Associate’s Degree or higher
- SAP experience processing expense reports, purchase orders, payment requests
