The Future Talent Program features internships that last 9-12 weeks. The Biologics Discovery, DMPK and Disposition function at MRL, Palo Alto focuses strongly on the application of computational biology, systems pharmacology and quantitative principles during the discovery and early development for biologics in an integrated fashion. The position will be a member of the function providing support for development of:

  • Drug andcombination therapeutic concepts and dose predictions for the design andconduct of preclinical efficacy studies
  • Applicationof computational biology and systems pharmacology principles in order toestablish and build predictive preclinical drug combination frameworks withoncology application
  • Mechanisticapproaches (and in an integrated fashion) for integration of key propertiessuch as-- target expression, gene profiles, signaling and pathways, constructproperties, disease considerations-- for establishing exposure-responserelationships in relevant preclinical studies

  • Study mechanistic relationship between antigen (shed / membrane bound)and antibody interactions



  • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a BS/BA in:Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or relevant discipline
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
Required Experience:
  • Candidates must be available for a period of 9-12 continuous weeks, beginning June 2018
