Assistant Professor, Department of Biomedical Sciences
The Department of Biomedical Sciences at Marquette University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in neuroscience at the level of assistant professor. Successful candidates will be expected to develop an independent, extramurally funded research program. We are particularly interested in applicants that utilize modern molecular, cellular, or computational techniques with a research focus that would complement existing areas of strength in the department including the neurobiology of motivated behaviors, neuropsychiatric disorders, neurodegeneration, and axon regeneration. Teaching responsibilities will include contributions at the graduate and undergraduate level.
