The entrepreneurial wine sector is multidimensional and complex.The winery owners head various business phases: grape production, transformation and the distribution and marketing of the final good phase. This entrepreneur will follow his own business model.In the agricultural sector, it was highlighted that non- economic motivations play an important role. When these non-economic motivations prevail on those economic, it is possible to define the figure of “lifestyle” entrepreneur. The aim of the researcher is to investigate business motivations that spur entrepreneurs to establish their venture in wine sector. This type of study will start from a qualitative analysis that investigates objectives and motivations of wine managers with firms located in territory famous for premium quality wines. Starting from the results obtaining from the qualitative analysis,the selected person will conduct a quantitative study, that will investigate a greater number of firms
