The Operational Coach (Manager) provides leadership, cross-functional development, and technical expertise to operational, maintenance, technical and clerical personnel in various stages of team development in the manufacturing and packaging of Wilson products. Maximizes the potential of all team members and fosters an environment that allows for progressive continuous improvement of skills.
Assures smooth running of all operations and continuous process flow in a flexible, multi-skilled teamwork environment, liaising with members of the IPT/s and COEs and is responsible for teams and all operational activities affecting the business.Qualifications
- B. S. degree from an accredited college university, preferable with emphasis in a science or engineering related discipline. University diploma in technical studies or experience in pharmaceutical and/or food operation supervision also acceptable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience production/manufacturing, preferable in a cGMP environment
- Experience working with SAP inventory
- Willingness and availability to work off-shift and/or weekends
- Extensive operations management experience in a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Proven record of coaching and developing other peers and shop floor personnel
- CBER regulatory background
