The Sr. Specialist for the US MerckConnect portal is responsible for developing and supporting the ongoingintegration of HCP-targeted services and content into the MerckConnect.comdigital customer experience. Primary Activities include but are not limited to:

  • Buildan integration plan for each service and collaborate with all appropriatebusiness, technical and regulatory stakeholders across the US market
  • Definehow these services and offerings translate to the HCP digital customerexperience
  • Facilitatethe process for translating customer experience strategy to functionalproduction requirements
  • Overseeexecution of the integration (end-to-end development of resources, fromcreative development to Medical/Legal approval, production and delivery tomarket)
  • Maintainup-to-date knowledge of regulatory guidance, industry trends, and bestpractice in supporting the HCP customer experience
  • Manageagency relationships related to developing integration strategies
  • Definesuccess measurements for integration efforts, leveraging information forongoing optimization of the service
  • Championongoing improvement of both the customer experience and developmentprocesses in alignment with digital transformation priorities

    This position also includes acceptance to the Accelerated Development Program which focuses on broadening business acumen through business unit rotations in account management, finance, commercial analytics, contracting and marketing. 


    • Currently enrolled in a program leading to a Master in Business Administration with a Graduate date of June 2018

    • A minimum of 1 plus years of professional work/internship experience

    • Marketing concentration and interest
    • Digital Marketing experience
    • Demonstrated skills:  communication, collaboration, negotiation, project management
