Worldwide Product Labeling (WPL) is seeking an intern
interested in learning about the development of labeling documents for
pharmaceuticals and vaccines. This position is a three-month summer internship
opportunity. The intern may participate
in the following activities:
- Drafting labeling for new products or the
revision/updating of labeling for currently marketed products worldwide.
- Presenting proposed labeling revisions to labeling
- Collection and review of efficacy and/or safety
information for marketed products.
- Continuous process improvement projects.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a BS, MS or professional program,
including biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, nursing, pharmacy,
or other science/health care-related field of study
must be returning to school in the Fall of 2018.
must have completed at least (3) years of college study by June of 2018.
must be available to work full-time for 9-12 weeks beginning in May or June
must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
organizational, and presentation skills
Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word
working with databases
editing, and reviewing scientific content
