Worldwide Product Labeling (WPL) is seeking an intern
interested in learning about the development of labeling documents for
pharmaceuticals and vaccines. This position is a three-month summer internship
opportunity.  The intern may participate
in the following activities:

  • Drafting labeling for new products or the
    revision/updating of labeling for currently marketed products worldwide. 
  • Presenting proposed labeling revisions to labeling
  • Collection and review of efficacy and/or safety
    information for marketed products.
  • Continuous process improvement projects.



  • Required:
    Candidates must be currently enrolled in a BS, MS or professional program,
    including biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, nursing, pharmacy,
    or other science/health care-related field of study
  • Candidates
    must be returning to school in the Fall of 2018.
  • Candidates
    must have completed at least (3) years of college study by June of 2018.

  • Required

  • Candidates
    must be available to work full-time for 9-12 weeks beginning in May or June
    of 2018.
  • Candidates
    must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Candidates must have strong communication,
    organizational, and presentation skills
  • Candidates must be highly motivated and able to
    work independently
  • Candidates must have a working knowledge of
    Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word

  • Preferred

  • Experience
    working with databases
  • Experience writing,
    editing, and reviewing scientific content
