The Analyst will participate in the design of, and support the implementation and communication of the Company’s broad-based compensation strategy, plans, policies and programs to ensure alignment with overall business strategy and external peers.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Compensation Data Analytics 

    • Prepare compensation assessments, recommendations and related analysis 

    • Assist with compensation surveys, dashboards and other ad-hoc analyses including predictive modeling 

    • Perform comprehensive data analysis, drawing conclusions from findings and making recommendations for change. 

    • Proactively monitor trends and regulatory developments in the pharmaceutical and general industry that impact the Company's compensation programs. 

    • Support data audits and the Company’s annual compensation planning process 

  • Compensation Benchmarking and Competitive Analysis 

    • Manage the annual benchmarking process, including identifying the best survey partners for the business 

    • Review positions and survey matches and validate with HR team where required 

    • Administer the Company’s Compensation Software which is used to benchmark jobs and develop salary ranges 

    • Identify and complete ad-hoc surveys to obtain market intelligence on the practices of our competitors 

  • Special Projects 

    • Support special projects including compensation software upgrades or changes, due diligence and M&A support


  • Bachelor’s Degree


  • Minimum 4 years work experience in HR, compensation, finance, accounting, workforce analytics or consulting, with at least 2 years as an analyst. (With a Master’s degree, 2 years relevant experience required).

  • Ability to collate large amounts of data from multiple sources, analyze and coalesce the data to develop recommendations using predictive modeling

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand the business

  • Project management, results orientation and attention to detail

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
