The object of the research activity will be the analysis of processes of sustainable innovation and social responsibility strategies in the agro-food chains, aimed at creating new forms of shared value. Therefore, by analyzing sustainable process innovations and strategies of social responsibility, one wishes to examine, on the one hand, whether and how the models of creation and sharing of value throughout the whole production chain change, through the analysis of the governance mechanisms among the different subjects of the agri-food chain, on the other , citizen-consumer buying behavior and consequent willingness to pay for socially responsible products.
