Metagenomic characterization and transcriptional analysis applied to contaminated biological matrices of SIN Bagnoli-Coroglio in order to identify and identify specific molecular profiles of species that can be used in strategies foreseen by the Regeneration Program. Identification of possible molecular bioindicators as target genes and / or proteins for the revelation of biological, cellular and physiological variations as a result of exposure to toxic substances useful for subsequent application to interventions envisaged by the Regeneration Program. Proteomics studies to assess the response of plants to biotic and abiotic stresses in response to defense against pathogenic and non-differential proteomic microorganisms.
