The analysis of the relationship between workers and their context focuses on the conditions affecting the individual and organizational wellbeing. Organizational wellbeing is meant a variable affecting not only the workers' performances but also the enterprise capacity to purseu its mission and improve service quality to citizens. The survey on "organizational well-being" is aimed at compare key factors explaining regional differences in promoting workers wellbeing, service quality and public values production. Furthermore, the research identifies good practices and conditions to their diffusion.
