The PhD is aimed at studying legal Ordinations in an interdisciplinary perspective that, starting from a historical-comparative approach (dynamics
of political organizations), is based on a diachronic methodology aimed at establishing a convergence between legal and political sciences. Based on these criteria,
the doctoral candidate aims to analyze the general theories of the state and the processes of formation and transformation of the political order, focusing on the elements
the constitution of the state, the question of the forms of government, relations between authorities and liberties, the articulation of public powers, economic
administrative and recent developments at international level (sovereignty, representation, political-economic integration, globalization, security, citizenship).
