14/2017 - Application of Raman spectroscopy to food metrology
The activity foresees the study of:
1. The development of analysis procedures by Raman spectroscopy for food provenance;
2. The development of chemometric methods for data elaboration on food matrices;
3. The quantification of the phases of titanium dioxide nanoparticles (NPs) by optical and vibrational spectroscopy;
4. The development of design rules that allow to correlate the NPs' critical shape and size to their functional properties.
