The Pio-Gregorian Urban Catastrophe is a documentary of extraordinary importance for reconstructing urban morphology, land use and the structure of land ownership of Rome in the early decades of the nineteenth century. In addition, the various documentary series referring to the primary source, consisting of the two series of brogliards and cadastral maps, also provide important deaconical insights, allowing to rebuild urban transformations and evolution of land ownership throughout the nineteenth century. It will also be studied the possibility of integrating cadastral documentation with other sources of social and economic nature that have a spatial dimension of reference. The survey will be developed with reference to one of the city's districts
