THE WORK OF IMMIGRANTS IN THE AGRO-ZOOTECHNICAL SECTOR: WELFARE AND SOCIAL SECURITY ASPECTS
The research is aimed at rebuilding the national and international rules on foreign labor in the agri-zootechnical sector and, in particular, on welfare and social security for such workers. The migratory phenomenon has for some time been a structural component of the italian job market (especially in the agricultural sector) and in recent years, following the changing european and international scenarios, it is becoming increasingly important. This situation makes it increasingly possible to deepen this phenomenon with the aim of identifying and developing innovative strategies for the protection of the conditions of immigrant workers employed in the sector and an investigation into their social welfare and social security aspects.
