Social impact evaluation is mainly pursued by economists. The economic approach nevertheless is not able to evaluate non-economic effects, in particular for social enterprises, which need the evaluation in order to monitor their efficacy. Three departments cooperate within the project (DSPS, Economics, Law) in order to take into account the resources, the activities performed, the quantity and quality of services, the effects on beneficiaries as well as on the collectivity.Starting by the experimented theoretical-methodological approaches, the project imply the development of a model of social impact evaluation and its testing within the alternative modes of conflict resolution (so called ADR). ADR provide the participation of beneficiaries and a third impartial aiming at favoring accords.
