The research team has developed an innovative GIS-based procedure to atmosphere monitoring, based on GPS/GNSS satellite positioning technology, integrated with pressure and ground temperature measurements. The candidate is required to carry out an analysis of the historical evolution of the zenith tropospheric delay (ZTD) on the cross-border area centered on the Roia basin and apply the above procedure to produce maps of potentially precipitable water vapor content (PWV).
