GD (Gender Dysphoria) is the incongruity between gender psychology and biological sex. Identifying the presence of adverse environmental factors that can help determine GD in pediatric age, can help identify the correlations between risk factors and GD. Their identification will allow us to pick out those children who are at risk of evolving a condition associated with GD. This is important for early diagnosis and prevention of GD stabilization in puberty and adolescent ages. The positive consequences of this seem evident. The possibility of identifying matabolomic markers that are associated with GD at an early age, will be able to substantiate the hypothesis that factors interacting during perinatal life, can result in significant metabolic variations. The end of the project is the construction of a personalized and shared care pathway
