Accountable for all talent acquisition activity within the US with oversight for the US based divisional Talent Acquisition leads

Accountable for coaching, mentoring, managing and leading the US Talent Acquisition team

Influences the development of global KPI’s for the Global Talent Acquisition team and ensures achievement across the US region

Develops the division strategy for Talent Acquisition needs and partner with HR Ops / RPO to ensure effective implementation and execution of the Talent Acquisition model

Engage with Business & HR Leaders to understand business strategy, internal and external talent landscape, Global Talent Acquisition demand and forecasting

Partner with HR, Talent Management and Business Leaders to influence the best talent decisions utilizing highly effective selection and assessment strategies

Identify Diversity Talent needs within the divisions, develop a strategy and execute a plan in alignment with the Strategic Programs

Provide external best practices and consult with key stakeholders to enable effective development of Talent Acquisition solutions to address the talent needs

Drive successful implementation of globally consistent Global Talent Acquisition processes and guidelines to ensure an efficient and effective hiring manager and candidate experiences

Build, lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team in the US, ensuring the right resources and capabilities are in place at the right time and the achievement of a high performing and engaged team

Represent Global Talent Acquisition across the divisions to all senior stakeholders, building the function’s profile and reputation

Work closely with HR Ops to manage the RPO relationship and ensure overall quality of service.

Oversee US based Talent Acquisition divisional leads who are accountable for pulling through a global view and Talent Acquisition strategy for their respective divisions.


Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree


Minimum 15 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a Talent Acquisition leadership role

Proven ability to negotiate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization through collaboration, consulting and building relationship with leaders

Good business and operations acumen with a focus on delivering high performance in a cost efficient manner

Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement utilizing cutting edge sourcing methodologies, tools and technology

Excellent communication and coaching skills

Demonstrated ability to build, develop and engage a high performing Talent Acquisition team with an external market focus

External US market knowledge and specific experience in US based Talent Acquisition compliance and regulations
