The research is part of a project funded by INAIL in the context of “Bandi Bric 2016 (ID 31)”. It is proposed by the University of Rome III - Department of Education Studies, Scientific Director prof. Marina D'Amato, with the partnership of the Department of Law of the University of Urbino Carlo Bo, Scientific Director prof. Paolo Pascucci. The research aims to identify a “pilot model” of the impact assessment of occupational health and safety regulations, with a particular reference to the the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). The purpose to be achieved is to collect and classify legislation, collective agreements, jurisprudence and administrative practices and to examine significant inquiry reports and statistical analyses. As a final document, a full report will account for the analyses and the research carried out in this academic year.
