The partecipatory public welfare: theoretical analysis and case studies
The aim of the research is to analyze the innovation of social policies centered on the involvement of the community within the public space of services, assessing, on the one hand, the vast scenario of transformation of the European Social State, challenged by new forms of vulnerability and (social housing, neighborhood and social networks of mutual neighborhood assistance, schools and nurseries attending, exchanges and collective use of communal goods, etc.), characterized by from citizen participation to welfare systems. Research is part of the wide-ranging debate on the future of welfare and on new social policy frameworks beyond target and traditional typologies.
