Development of microfluidic chips based on Surface Acoustic Waves for biosensing:

- Semiconductor and biocompatible polymer Nano/Microfabrication (e.g. optical lithography, electron beam lithography, soft lithography, nanoimprinting)

- Surface functionalization and/or development of nanostructured materials for selective cellular adhesion and/or specific antigene binding

- Cellular culture and molecular biology methods
