Assistant/Associate/Full Professor Positions in Cell Biology
The Department of Pathology and Cell Biology at Columbia University seeks highly qualified individuals for two junior tenure-track or established tenured faculty positions (open rank) in Cell Biology. All positions require outstanding academic credentials and a record of scholarly productivity.
Candidates with a Ph.D. and/or M.D. and an interest in any aspect of basic cell biology will be considered. Individuals conducting research in the following areas are of particular interest:
- Membrane Trafficking
- Organelle Biology
- Cell Motility
- Imaging approaches to probe and/or manipulate cellular or intracellular function
Significant start-up packages will be available to successful candidates who we expect will develop dynamic research programs and participate in graduate teaching. Women and minorities are strongly encouraged to apply.
