42 Doctoral positions

Åbo Akademi University offers 42 new doctoral positions for the period January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2021. Three positions are affiliated to the ÅAU research profile Minority Research, focusing on minority culture and identity, multilingualism, discrimination, equality and democracy.
The positions are placed at the Faculties:
Faculty of Arts, Psychology and Theology
Faculty of Education and Welfare Studies
Faculty of Social Sciences, Business and Economics
Faculty of Science and Engineering
The doctoral positions are open for those who are qualified for PhD studies and have a supervisor or a potential supervisor (who has agreed on supervision) at Åbo Akademi University. The purpose of the positions is to offer PhD students a possibility to engage in studies and work on the thesis full-time.
