INTEGRATED METHODS OF MANAGEMENT AND ENHANCEMENT OF 'RURBAN' LANDSCAPE OF MOLISE REGION
From the origins of the "environmental question" onwards the inadequacy of strictly disciplinary approaches has come to light, which cannot properly face, within a complex and unified vision, the deriving issues.
The cultural and disciplinary integration needed to face the challenges of contemporary territories is being however fuelled nowadays by the evolution of the landscape idea, as well as by the practices of its constant re-production in those complex and problematic contexts, but also loaded with unexpressed potentials and opportunities, which no longer allow a so clear distinction between city and countryside.
This research aims at combining different methods of investigation and proposal for management and enhancement of such “rurban” landscapes - including qualitative analyses of "landscapes lived" by migrants - able to support multi-level policies, meant either as "tasks" of Public Administrations or, more fruitfully, as "common" actions of different social subjects.
