Even if consumers play a crucial role in determining the success of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policies, the broad literature on consumer behavior in the sustainability field seems to have reached inconclusive results. Therefore, new perspectives and insights are badly needed. The research project aims at addressing dimensions that have not yet been fully considered by mainstream and prevailing studies, in order to highlight innovative and fresh research avenues and try to support a systemic change, which is essential if we really want to change the current unsustainable course;
