Postdoctoral Bioinformatician - NGS Data Processing/Analysis
This position is for an ambitious postdoctoral bioinformatician with a strong interest for next-generation sequencing data processing and analysis. You will work in an interdisciplinary team, to answer fundamental questions in cancer biology. In support to “wet-lab” scientists, you will implement existing or build custom pipelines to process NGS data, such as GROseq, RNAseq and ChIPseq.
Topics of study in our lab range from unravelling new regulatory molecules that modulate cancer stem cell functions, studying the plasticity of cancer stem cells, the dynamics of stem cells during tumor development, and the development of improved therapies for colorectal cancers.
