The main objective of this PhD course is to provide attendees with the possibility of making an advanced study and a meaningful research on the legal regulation of economic processes, taking into account both domestic and international law. From the former point of view, the PhD course will regard the protection of rights in private law and States' interventions in economy. From the latter point of view, the course will encourage researches devoted to analyse the situation of individuals with respect to economic globalization. Researches carried out in the course will prove to be useful both for people interested in academic career and for professionals willing to specialize in one of the areas of research of the PhD. Courses and other activities of this PhD will be arranged in order to combine both theoretical subjects and more practical and current ones which may be more relevant in the professional world.
