The proposal is a part of the project "eHealth platform for molecular medicine and individualized patient care (eHealth2patient)" for the integration of "omics" data that provide clinically relevant information for the management, follow-up and individualized patient therapy. This proposal has the aim to acquire proteomic type of data to be used later on eHealth platform for the identification of biomarkers that are differentially expressed early signs of disease. The proteomic data obtained by LC-MS-MS mass spectrometry will then be compared with those arising on the same biological samples by transcriptomic analysis and the potential markers identified validated by Western blot analysis. For the analyzes will be used for both a cell model of a genetic disease and a bacterial model to analyze those proteins that are differentially expressed in pathogenic and non-pathogenic strains
