Post-doctoral opening in biomimetic microfluidic platforms
Immediate opening for a post-doctoral fellow to work on the development and characterization of biomimetic tissue constructs for investigating vascular diseases. Expertise is required in one or all of the following: photo and soft-lithography, microfluidics, cell culture, and tissue engineering. Postdoctoral fellows will have a unique opportunity to do interdisciplinary research in laboratories at the interface of engineering (Prof. David Gracias) and medicine (Prof. Lewis Romer) and publish their results in high impact journals. We are seeking highly motivated and well published researchers with good oral and written communication skills. A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree is required.
