We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, Oncology Biosimilars Marketing Strategy and Promotion (US). The position will be based in Upper Gwynedd, PA and will report to the US Marketing Leader for the Oncology Inline Brands and Biosimilars marketing team.

This position will be focused on marketing planning for launch and execution of oncology biosimilars. It will require a strong understanding of the oncology market in the U.S., knowledge of the emerging biosimilar space in the U.S., and experience in marketing, launch planning, and execution.

The person selected for this position will need to communicate and collaborate effectively, lead cross-functional teams, articulate vision and objectives clearly to internal stakeholders and partners, plan and execute work according to timelines for market events and internal processes.The selected candidate is expected to operate with integrity and transparency, as well as respect and adherence for the laws and regulations that govern our industry and our company policies.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Utilize internal marketing tools to develop the market landscape, customer segments, buying process, and commercialization strategy for oncology biosimilars
- Develop and coordinate the market research plan for oncology biosimilars
- Lead brand strategy, promotional plan, and core promotional resources for oncology biosimilars
- Partner with oncology payer team to develop winning strategy for contracting and access with oncology biosimilars
- Collaborate with inline brand marketing team members to prioritize work and facilitate internal resource trade-offs as needed, e.g. budget and medical/legal review time
- Escalate issues that represent significant barriers to execution or business impact
- Challenge current approaches and gain sponsorship and support within the company to address gaps



- Required: BA/BS
- Preferred: MBA

Required Experience:

- Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical marketing or marketing support roles
- Demonstrated competency in marketing practices and processes
- Understanding of oncology market, key customers, and current dynamics
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem solving, teamwork, analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and effective presentation skills
- Experience with leading and collaborating across functional areas, influencing without authority and working with external partners
- Requires approximately 20% travel, including some weekends.

Preferred Experience:

- Minimum 2 years in oncology marketing and/or sales experience
- Experience in commercial strategy for biosimilars
- Understanding of contracting, reimbursement, and practice economics in oncology for providers, payers, patients and other stakeholders
- Experience working with oncology GPOs
- Knowledge of current policy issues for biosimilars and potential impact on commercialization and adoption of biosimilars
