The Meyer Cancer Center at Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position. We are seeking highly motivated, experienced individuals with demonstrated potential for creativity and excellence in translational genitourinary (GU) cancer research. The WCM GU Oncology Research Program is internationally recognized with clinical and translational research expertise in prostate, bladder and kidney cancers, with multiple NIH and DoD funded investigators.

The Division of Hematology & Medical Oncology and the Meyer Cancer Center offer a vibrant and interactive research community in basic, translational and clinical research. The institution offers outstanding technical resources including imaging, mass spectrometry, and genomics, as well as a robust clinical research program encompassing early and late stage clinical trials.

Appointments at the Assistant Professor level for qualified candidates with an advanced degree (MD, PhD or MD/PhD) are preferred. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and lead an independently funded translational research program in the area of GU cancers, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary collaborations, peer-reviewed funding, and high-impact publications.

Interested applicants should forward curriculum vitae, statement of research interests, and the names and contact information for three references as a single *.pdf file to: MCCjobs@med.cornell.edu.
