The purpose of the research is to investigate the mechanisms involved in either the vulnerability or resistance of acute myeloid leukemia with mutation of nucleophosmin to existing and new generation drugs. This will be accomplished through the combined use of gene targeting technologies and high-throughput screening of drug libraries. In addition, you will have to evaluate, by means of preclinical models such as cell lines, primary leukemic cells and / or mice engineered or xenograft, efficacy in vitro and / or in vivo of a targeted therapy resulting from the target identified in the screening phase. The researcher will have to deal with the experimental design and its implementation, analysis and interpretation of data and their publication.
