Position Summary:
Position is crucial in maintaining inventory levels to support the manufacturing of frozen plates and media's including, supply support and organization as well as support of processes involved in product realization. Also responsible for updating and organizing the departments SOP's in Master Control.
Responsibilities:

    Assist in the stock levels for components and other items used in manufacturing and shipping.Maintain safe levels of components and other items used in manufacturing and shipping.Maintains the responsibility for staging supplies for manufacturing.Partners with scheduling, warehouse and quarantine supervisors to maintain safe levels of components and shipping supplies.Accountable for accuracy of raw materials inventory.In-depth knowledge of components, internal part numbers and temp requirements.Will assist with responding to SAP Inventory related questions.Maintain accurate inventory {audited and periodical cycle counts) compared against system stock status.Report any actual or potential safety hazards to the Supervisor, Human Resources, Safety Specialist or Senior Management.Complete Quality Control Sample and 100% Inspection PullsAccurately and efficiently completes finished goods discard and finished good expiry.
In addition, other duties may be assigned as the need arises.
Minimum Qualifications:
    High School Diploma from an accredited higher learning institution or EquivalentBasic knowledge of English and math and ability to read.Ability to work with little or no supervision and manage multiple tasks at one time.Computer experience; SAP experience preferred.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and be detail oriented.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Proven ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.Previous experience inventory and stock level control, preferred.
