Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for the development, execution and continuous improvement of Global Operations employee training and development programs such as Operations Academy and Learn It. This candidate will be responsible for the strategic and Tactical training content execution and delivery. In partnership with Operations, HR, IT and Quality Leadership, this candidate will ensure Operations delivers programs that align with our employee's training and development needs, while meeting our company quality and regulatory requirements. The candidate will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as assigning training, troubleshooting & resolving process and systems issues, facilitating alignment with site training administrators at Operations sites. The candidate will liaise with outside contractors, as necessary, to develop and update program content. The candidate will project manage and execute the transition to a global standard Learning Management System.

  • Manage content and troubleshooting across multiple training platforms
  • Continuous improvement experience to identify opportunities across existing Operations Training & Development programs

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and operational experience preferred
  • System and software knowledge
  • Learning Management System-LMS (SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP preferred)
  • E-learning software
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Database management experience
  • Microsoft SharePoint
