The Maintenance/Project Planner is the area knowledgeable resource in maintenance and asset management as well as consulted by Reliability and Project Engineers. This role is responsible for: maintaining various equipment data; Preventative Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Calibration plans; processes change control for equipment and work order documentation; coordinates planning operations within the Reliability Engineering team; collaborates with various site maintenance schedulers to get planned work executed; maintains equipment histories; analyzes equipment & maintenance performance along with Reliability Engineers, and maintains various maintenance and project metrics. The Maintenance Planner will use computerized systems such as SAP for data entry and report generation. 

Qualifications

Education:

- High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of Maintenance experience are required OR candidates with an Associate’s degree in STEM and 6 years of maintenance experience OR with a Bachelor degree in STEM and 2 years of maintenance experience. 

Required:

- Prior experience working with or responsible for planning maintenance or project work in a larger organization.

- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Industrial setting.

Preferred:

- Maintenance Planning Certification.

- Knowledge of Industrial Electrical, Mechanical and Utility Systems.

- Experience working in a regulated environment preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, or any other regulated industry. 

- Experience with SAP preferred as CMMS but others like Maximo or Oracle acceptable.
