Postdoctoral fellow: high dimensional single cell analysis of endothelium in tumor and immune angiogenesis
Opportunities are available for outstanding candidates to apply state of the art mass cytometry and ssRNA-seq to fundamental issues in vascular specialization, angiogenesis and control of immune cell trafficking in mice and humans. Projects include mass cytometry and molecular and genetic studies of stem cell precursors for high endothelial venules; endothelial fate mapping and function in the vascular response to inflammation and tumor angiogenesis; and discovery of transcriptional mechanisms underlying high endothelial differentiation.
Recent PhD or MD. Individuals with experience in bioinformatics (transcriptomics, epigenomics, computational sciences), immunology and/or in vascular developmental biology are encouraged to apply. Email CV and letters to Eugene.butcher (at) stanford.edu
