Supply Chain Analysis Manager supports the business analytics, data warehouse, information technology, and broad informational requirements of the Global Supply Chain organization. It includes Leadership responsibilities for 3 to 5 analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
    Direct the day-to-day operations of the Analysis team, drive 100% availability of the supply chain SQL Server data warehouse and production applications, ensuring timely delivery of all process outputs and reporting.Provide direction and coaching to direct reports:
      Motivate and mentor. Provide annual performance reviews, along with periodic performance updates. Provide challenging assignments facilitating growth and development.
    Play a major role in the development of new business systems including defining system requirements by identifying business needs. With specific responsibility for application design, development, testing, and roll-out activities.Select, guide, train and motivate analysts to optimize customer service, cost, quality, delivery and inventory levels.Guide the design of data driven metrics and exception management processes and implement associated standard operating procedures (SOP's) that take Supply Chain performance to the next level.Function as the liaison between the supply chain team and the IT department with responsibility for clearly delivering business requirements through successful implementation. Work closely with the IT department relative to any software or system changes affecting department. Manages and directs fast-paced, high quality analysis that delivers accurate answers to complex business problems in the areas of logistics, transportation, distribution operations, inventory and replenishment planning.Evaluate current business processes, systems, and work flows to recommend improvements through enabling technology.
Minimum Qualifications:
    5+ years experience in supply chain/analytics, purchasing or other relevant experience. 2+ years of people management experience.Bachelor's degree in business related discipline required (supply chain, logistics, quantitative business analysis, management information systems, or related field of study) or an equivalent combination of degree and years of experience.Leadership skills with experience in leading small analytical or business intelligence teams.Proven project management and change management skills.Must have organizational skills, plan, organize, and set priorities for the operation of the departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
    Ability to guide both analytical and business development projects.Ability to understand needs and constraints of all systems areas of the business and translate those needs to their relevance to the distribution center operation.Ability to understand current activities, applies creative solutions to current problems, and measures their impact in the context of our overall strategy.Ability to assess issues and solutions in terms of financial and operational impact, cost/benefit analysis, revenue generators, and strategic impact.APICS certification (CPIM, CIRM, CSCP).Information technology expertise in the areas of relational databases, end-user application development, (SQL Server) with experience in a sophisticated high volume multi-terabyte database environment.Extensive knowledge of SQL Server, Transact-SQL, Data Transformation Services (DTS) Analysis Services, MS ACCESS, OLAP, data mining and high-end Excel.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels from distribution associates to upper level management.Advanced analytical skills and experience with report writing including Oracle Discoverer.Ability to assess issues and solutions in terms of financial and operational impact, cost/benefit analysis, revenue generators, and strategic impact.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels from distribution associates to upper level management.
