The Department of Medicine is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate I to study in vitro and in vivo mechanisms involved into development and progression of pulmonary hypertension, with a specific focus on pathways responsible for gender-specific manifestations of this disease. Our work involves cell and animal models and incorporate tools from chemistry, redox biology, to cell culture, animal research and work with patient samples in order to develop and test varies therapeutic strategies and find the biomarkers associated with pulmonary hypertension and its complications.
