The fixed-term researcher, who is going to be hired following the present evaluation, will carry out teaching activity, according to the annual requests formulated by the Faculty Council, and research within AGR/15 scientific disciplinary sector (national recruitment sector 07/F1) Food science and technology. The research will focus on theoretical and experimental studies and development of innovative and sustainable technologies mainly for the confectionery sector and bakery products. Required teaching skills are especially related to in-depth knowledge of unit operations and processes for the food production sector.
