The Yale Center for Genomic Analysis is seeking a highly motivated molecular biologist with keen interest in developing new next-generation sequencing and genomic technologies. The successful candidate will develop new NGS assays and improve existing ones including whole-exome capture, whole-genome sequencing, RNA-Seq and single cell genomics, carry out preliminary bioinformatics analysis for NGS data, aid users with designing libraries for custom projects, provide grant related assistance to the executive director including the generation of grant reports. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. and be highly motivated with strong record of experience and demonstrated success in molecular genetics and NGS technologies. Candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
