Position Summary
The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner will work collaboratively with the Human Resources team to align practices and initiatives with the Company's strategic and operational goals.

The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships in support of our Therapeutic Areas and Medical Teams while ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of key Human Resources projects and objectives.  The individual possesses subject matter expertise in early discovery environments with a strong understanding of people and science. The primary purpose of this role is to partner with the business unit leadership team in delivering against the business and people growth objectives, promoting a high performance culture and will serve as the primary point of contact for our  Clinical Development Presidents and Chief Medical Officer.


  • Provide strategic counsel to key functions and management in the areas of organizational effectiveness and development, employee relations, and talent management
  • Provide support to the Manufacturing and Technical Development functions, working cross-functionally and assist hourly associates, production supervisors and managers in resolving issues
  • Contribute to creating solutions for best practice initiatives in such areas as employment, employee communication, career development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HRIS delivery
  • Support continued growth and infrastructure by identifying talent gaps and development areas across the Manufacturing and Technical Development functions and other areas as the business grows
  • Ensure system workflows and communication is efficiently and equitably executed across key functions
  • Drive implementation of key Human Resources Initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in the technology, biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry is required
  • 8+ years progressive Human Resources experience in employee relations, talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruiting, and training
  • HR Generalist experience in a fast- paced environment is required
  • Bachelor's degree required
