Immunogenomics Post-Doctoral Position
A post-doctoral position is available study the role of macrophages and other immune cells in rheumatic diseases using genomic approaches in the Winter Lab of Functional Genomics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. Our research focuses mapping the transcriptional and epigenomic landscape to define the underlying regulatory networks and understand how these cells respond to various signals in disease. The lab combines the latest experimental techniques in genomics with evolving computational analyses on both mice models and human patients.
Highly motivated individuals with a PhD, MD/PhD or MD degree with a demonstrated strong background in genomics and epigenomics. Applicants with experience in performing and/or analyzing sequencing assays such as RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, etc. are preferred. Candidates should have a good command of the English language, should be available for an interview and must be eligible to work in the US.
