A post-doc position is available in Purdue University to study cell cycle regulation in cancer biology. The lab is focusing on a key cell cycle regulator, Polo-like kinase 1 (Plk1), and its roles in chemoresistance, prostate cancer and pancreatic cancer. The major approaches include both cell biology and various mouse models. The lab has been routinely publishing on solid journals. For more information, please check http://www.ag.purdue.edu/biochem/Pages/liu8.aspx. Applicants are expected to have systematic training in molecular biology, ideally in mouse genetics (transgenic, knockout and knockin approaches). Interested individuals can send their resumes to Dr. Xiaoqi Liu (email@example.com) to initiate the application process.
