A post-doctoral position is available in the Division of Surgical Oncology, part of the Cancer Center at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston MA. The laboratory characterizes molecular and immunologic changes in melanoma as a function of time and treatment status, particularly focusing on immunotherapy and/or targeted therapies. A chief goal of the lab is to profile patient-derived tumors and circulating exosomes to examine concordance between circulating RNA/DNA signatures and changes in the tumor microenvironment. Our laboratory works closely with Medical Oncology, Pathology, and Dermatology to facilitate translation of research findings into ongoing clinical care. Candidates must have an MD-PhD or Ph.D in one of the following areas: genetics, immunology, molecular and/or cellular biology, bioinformatics, or biostatistics.
