Job Details
The Biotechnology Research/ADME group is responsible for evaluating the preclinical pharmacokinetics and disposition of therapeutic proteins/peptides and monoclonal antibodies. Do you have experience in the development and validation of mass spectrometry based assays? Have you worked with development of immunoassays and ligand binding assays? We are looking for passionate researchers with this experience to join our team. You will collaborate with toxicology, discovery biology, protein engineering and multiple therapeutic areas to help identify and characterize optimal therapeutic entities to advance to clinical testing. The group is growing capabilities in analytical, cell biology and PK/PD to more fully characterize factors influencing the absorption and disposition of biologic therapeutics. Key opportunities:
- Develop/validate mass spectrometry methods for measurement of therapeutic peptides, proteins, and target/biomarker concentrations in relevant animal models.
- Evaluate technologies and equipment to enable analytical method development.
- Apply immunological reagents to improve MS method development.
- Participate in cross-functional working groups supporting new molecule SAR.
- Mass Spectrometry analytical method development to support PK/PD studies.
- Work with CROs for method transfer/troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with biology, toxicology, and clinical research
- Excellent communication skills, networking, and problem solving capabilities.

- Experience with various modes of sample preparation (solid phase extraction, immunoprecipitation, liquid/liquid extraction.
- Experience with robotic sample handling

- Familiarity with handling of radioisotopes
