Primary activities include, but are not limited to:

1. Review of Animal Health Quality Manual documents for administrative review

2. Animal Health Quality Manual document management in MIDAS and in any other document repository

3. Animal Health Quality Manual user community notification, Mylearning posting and assignments

4. Animal Health Quality Manual Template management, maintenance of change log, and language management

5. Animal Health Quality Manual Forms Management

6. Animal Health Global Complaints assistance with metrics

7. Animal Health Global Complaints assistance with Functional administration for PV Works

8. AH QSIP support in updating monthly slide deck

9. AH QSIP understanding status of each project and communication of same

10. Data integrity team support, including posting communications

11. The position requires excellent computer skills, professional communication skills, flexibility and teamwork.

• Work requires the coordination and performance of multiple tasks in a high-volume environment, while understanding the overall principles and technical skills related to work assignments.

• Communication skills must be at a level such that there is an effective interact with internal clients and intra-departmental colleagues to maintain workflow.

• Must be able to operate independently, exercise good judgment and take initiative.

• May be called upon to assist with other teams within the AH Global Quality team.

• Other duties include the following:

o Metric management

o All aspects of coordinating meetings/teleconferences ex: QRC, F2F, Tier 6 etc. Includes preparing agenda, note taker, distribution of information etc.

o Performing routine support duties.

Qualifications

Education Minimum Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree

Required Experience and Skills:

- Experienced computer skills using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and operation of other peripheral devices

- Strong understanding of quality responsibility while working in a regulated environment

- Ability to handle and prioritize a large number of simultaneous assignments

- Extraordinary attention to detail

- Professional communication skills

- Outstanding people skills

- Documented experience as a strong performer in your current and past positions

- Requires highly organized individual with attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to exercise initiative, flexibility, tact and independent judgment.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

- Proven organizational and time management skills.
