Postdoctoral Positions in Molecular Genetics
Postdoctoral Research Associate positions are available in the laboratory of Dr. Lester Lau in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine. The laboratory studies integrin-mediated signaling in wound healing and injury repair (Nat. Cell Biol. 12:676-685, J. Clin. Invest. 125:1886-1900, Nat. Commun., 6:7386). Current projects focus on tissue regeneration and wound repair in the liver and the intestine.
Highly motivated candidates holding a PhD or MD/PhD degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or cell biology (or a related field) are encouraged to apply. Experience with cell culture, histology, and mouse models is highly desirable. Competitive salary and excellent benefits are available.
