Postdoctoral Research Scholar

A full time postdoctoral position is available immediately at the University of Iowa. A highly motivated postdoctoral scholar is needed for research on molecular mechanisms underlying breast tumor growth and metastasis that is funded by DOD and NIH (https://medicine.uiowa.edu/pharmacology/profile/songhai-chen)

A qualified candidate for this position is expected to have a strong publication record, and excellent references from Ph.D. research. Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with a strong molecular biology background, tissue culture skills, and experience in working with genetically modified mouse models to address fundamental mechanisms of breast tumor growth and metastasis. Proficiency in communicating and writing in English is required.

Education Requirement:  Ph.D.
